Training for the Alps

Training for a week long trip to the Alps the first week of June. Over 480 miles total distance with 10,000 feet of elevation gain daily.  Chamonix to Nice - going in and out of France, Switzerland and Italy. Looking forward to it.

Hope to have 4,000 miles in the legs by then (2,500 so far) - and much more hill work- as I usually avoid too many hills in my normal training rides.
